Why do some orders take longer to deliver? |

Your delivery could be delayed due to the following reasons:
1. If the product you requested is out of stock.
2. If we haven't received your payment/ your payment has not been process properly.
3. If there have issues with shipment company.
4. If you are located outside US as shipment to outside countries takes time. |

How are shipments made ? |
Netpharmaworld is located overseas and hence all shipments originate from there and are flown to their respective destination. Express shipment DHL, FedEx, TNT, USPS and UPS are employed for shipping all orders. Express shipment means that the consignment is traceable and can be tracked.
During this entire stretch, it is possible to track the package, with the courier tracking number provided by the express shipment company. The courier tracking number is provided by pharmacy, once your parcel is shipped. This facility helps you to keep a close-watch on the movement of your shipment, towards its final destination. The entire shipping process is traceable and hence the customers can get their parcels right at their door-step as per their convenience and without any hassles.
In case, it is not possible for you to sign and collect your shipment at the probable date of arrival of your shipment, you can certainly leave a note on the door directing delivery to a neighbor, who can sign for the package on your behalf.
If no one can sign for the delivery on your behalf, Express courier will leave a note with shipment number and a contact number so that you can call them and arrange for the delivery. It is to be noted that, we do not make delivery at Post office box.

What happens if my package is lost? |

If your order is lost in the transit, the pharmacy will send you a replacement at no charge. However, you may be held liable for the loss if it is determined you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address. |

Are their any countries to which you do not
deliver ? |
No. The drugs
sold at Netpharmaworld.com can be purchased from any country across the world. We
deliver worldwide with the exception of Sweden. |

What happens if I am not at home when
the parcel arrives ? |
No signature
is required to deliver the parcel. Consequently, the postman will leave the parcel in
your mailbox (providing it is big enough to contain the parcel, i.e. 18 x 28 x 3 cm).

Can another person's order be shipped with mine in the same box? |
|
No. One customer, one box. Two
customer orders cannot be shipped within the same box even if they reside at the same
address. Customs may delay or seize such shipments. |
