My credit card or online check transaction was declined. Can you tell me why?

All of our billing is handled by CCAvenue. You may need to contact the support department of CCAvenue.com to find out issues with your card. We never see your personal information, and it is not up to us to either accept or decline a transaction.

Why do I see InteleBiz logo when I purchase from Netpharmaworld.com?

We procure generic medicines directly from manufacturers based in India. InteleBiz is our partner in India through which we resource all our generic medicines. As a result we allow InteleBiz to collect payments for drugs which are manufactured in India.

Payment notices you will receive

When you first place your order you will get two notices, one from CCAvenue, our payment processor, acknowledging receipt of your application for credit, and one from us, acknowledging receipt of your order and sending you a copy of your detailed invoice.
If you do not receive these notices, you order was not registered into our system and cannot be processed and shipped.
Within 2 days or less you will receive another message from CCAvenue informing you that your application for credit has been approved or denied.
Within 2 business days after your notice of credit approval, you will receive a shipping notice from us advising you that your order has been shipped, and that you can expect delivery within 14 days or less.
